Hear from the attorney who represented the McClearly plaintiffs in the landmark Supreme Court case that ruled Washington State is not meeting its constitutional obligation to amply fund a uniform system of education on Friday, January 6th at noon the Richland Police Department.

Attorney Tom Ahearne will speak on the Court’s ruling that the State is violating the constitutional rights of children by failing to live up to its “paramount duty” to fund the education of all K-12 students, and its order that the Legislature fully fund K-12 public education by 2018.
