What is Leadership Tri-Cities?
Leadership Tri-Cities is an educational program, founded in 1994, that provides a forum to examine and dialog about issues facing our region. The program provides an unparalleled and immersive learning experience, developing knowledgeable leaders to serve our community and become catalysts for positive change. The course includes ten sessions focusing on various sectors and industries shaping our region.
Leadership Tri-Cities is designed to:
- Expose participants to processes, programs, opportunities, and challenges that exist within our community;
- Stimulate participants’ interest in community activities and encourage participation in local affairs;
- Introduce emerging leaders to one another and to the current leadership in the community;
- And to create a spirit of cooperation that will foster the resolution of community challenges.
