Every year, Leadership Tri-Cities gathers a diverse set of 25 to 30 leaders to form a class and learn from the top executives in our community. Founded in 1994, Leadership Tri-Cities now has over 600+ alumni in leadership positions driving positive change in the Tri-Cities.
