Six Questions with Leanne

Question 1: What excites you most about Leadership Tri-Cities?

I look forward to meeting and connecting with fellow leaders around the TCs. I am excited to " level up" my leadership skills to better myself, my organization, and ultimately the families we serve.

Question 2: If you could meet one person, who would it be?

I met my grandma Estie, but I would go back (as an adult) and want to get to know her, connect with her, and ask about her history, family, and what life was like for her.

Question 3: What word or sentence would people close to you use to describe you?

Friendly and organized

Question 4: What is one project you would be excited to work on in the Tri-Cities?

The Mid-Columbia Children's Museum is in the works for the Tri-Cities. I am part of the stakeholder/engagement committee and am very excited about a permanent, sustainable, and accessible children's museum for the young families in our community.

Question 5: My favorite spot in the Tri-Cities is:

My house (in my PJs, on the couch, with a cup of hot, black coffee). A close second: on a surfboard, behind the wake of our boat on the Columbia.

Question 6: Something that deserves more recognition in the Tri-Cities is:

I'd like to broadcast to the world about the incredible wine of our region, but it'd rather keep that quiet, so we continue to experience impeccable wines with a "small town" feel!
